ADR Nord signed a new 63.4 million lei contract on 22 October for the Prut–Fălești water pipeline, with a supply line to the village of Gherman in Sculeni. The February contract was terminated after the contractor refused to carry out the works, according to the agency.

All 10,000 municipal bonds issued by Ungheni — at 1,000 lei each — were fully subscribed within days of the public offering opening on August 10. On August 26, a working group of municipal councilors from all factions selected 5 streets — 2.5 kilometers, 23,000 square meters — and launched the procurement: the 4 lots, with a total estimated value of 9.61 million lei excluding VAT, are now listed on MTender. The city hall's announcement names the streets, and the procurement documents on MTender also show the estimated cost per lot.
