9.6 million lei for 5 streets: Ungheni sells out its municipal bonds, procurement is open

All 10,000 municipal bonds issued by Ungheni — at 1,000 lei each — were fully subscribed within days of the public offering opening on August 10. On August 26, a working group of municipal councilors from all factions selected 5 streets — 2.5 kilometers, 23,000 square meters — and launched the procurement: the 4 lots, worth a total of 9.61 million lei, are now listed on MTender. The city hall's announcement names the streets, and the procurement documents on MTender also show the estimated cost per lot.
